Architecture
PHP/MySQL storefront (advancedprinting.org) with a /quote/ wizard and a 9-section admin. A sync engine ingests the full SinaLite reseller catalog — mapping categories into 3 services and 20+ product families, archiving reversibly instead of hard-deleting, with an on-demand live-price fallback so only the combinations a customer actually selects get priced. Eight pricing engines (the SinaLite catalog engine plus five bespoke in-house engines for clothing, laser, physics-based 3D print, labels, and passport/copy) feed a single quote path where every number stays editable in the backend without a deploy. Clover tokenized checkout, a validated order state machine, and a design-your-own wizard with a garment visualizer and client-side STL parser complete the stack.

Backend pricing CMS — base prices, option deltas, 12 volume-discount tiers, machine rates and minimums all editable without a deploy: change a number, hit Save, every quote updates instantly
Design-your-own wizard — a 4-step configurator (service → options → priced details → confirm) with real option swatches and live server-priced estimates on every change
Garment visualizer — print/embroidery-safe SVG zones per garment and view (tee, hoodie, cap, jacket, polo), drag/resize/rotate with mouse, touch, and pen; excludes seams and collars
Rookie education layer — a 32-term print-jargon glossary that auto-decodes specs like '18pt glossy folded' inline for first-time buyers
Clover payments — browser-side card tokenization (the PAN never touches the AP server) plus a server-side charge behind a double-armed production interlock; Interac e-Transfer also offered
Order pipeline — a validated state machine (pending payment → sent to SinaLite → fulfillment → shipped) with a full event audit trail; every line is re-priced live at order time, the cart is never trusted
Automated supplier ordering — the order-to-SinaLite handoff is wired and one credential from firing (API key not yet provisioned)
9-section admin — Quotes & Bookings, Staff Schedule with an appointment-clustering payoff panel, Pricing CMS, Orders, Catalog CMS with a draft/approved copy gate, Archived-data restore, Gallery, Login, and authenticated file download
